Supporting the TDN App

The tuner is the first line of support for their customers. Although customers may be able to accomplish many tasks without your help, they will likely need you to do the following:

Provide an RTD or MPV2/2+ device.
Load the device with credits.
Provide an Invite Code to allow the customer to join your network.
Provide consultation on whether their vehicle is supported by the TDN app. See Supported Controllers for details.
Indicate what types of files (tune files, data logs) the customer needs to send you and when they need to send them.
If you would like to see specific information in customer data logs, send the customer a channel configuration file created in VCM Scanner.
